Congratulations!
You've taken the first step towards
a healthier pelvic floor!
This site is dedicated to two products designed to help you develop your pelvic floor muscles by helping you perform better kegel exercises.
If you exercise your vaginal muscles (pubo-coccygeal muscle) effectively you can gain better control of your bladder and significantly improve your sex life.
Regular pelvic floor muscle (Kegel) exercise will increase muscle tone, blood flow and nerve endings in the vaginal area and this can lead to more frequent orgasms of greater intensity for you. Tighter muscles can also help restore your vagina to its pre-childbirth state and improve contact with your partner - which can be of great benefit to both of you. And no nip and tuck is necessary!
The
PelvicToner
progressive resistance vaginal exerciser is made from medical grade
plastic and has stainless steel springs to provide the resistance that you
squeeze against. This makes your exercises far more effective than just
squeezing against thin air.

In 1948 Arnold Kegel first described pelvic floor exercises as a treatment option for patients suffering from
stress incontinence. Today, doctors still agree that undertaking
regular Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles is of great benefit
to women with incontinence. Exercising
against a resistance, and preferably the ability to measure the
'squeeze' force, is fundamental to Kegel exercise and this is why the
PelvicToner enables you to exercise far more effectively than just
squeezing in isolation.
Recent clinical
research has recommended that pelvic floor exercise should be the
first choice of treatment for genuine stress incontinence because simple
exercises proved to be far more effective than electrostimulation or
vaginal cones. Research completed in the US
in 2004 confirms that the PelvicToner exercise programme can play a major role in the treatment of stress incontinence symptoms and some physical aspects of sexual dysfunction.
Subjects were monitored throughout a 16 week period. The pelvic tone pressure was measured at rest and during active voluntary contraction
(Kegel strength or Kegel tone).
87% of subjects showed improved Kegel strength and amongst those achieving improved resting tone the mean increase in Kegel tone was 38%.
Subjective data collected by surveys revealed an overall improvement in bladder function and sexual satisfaction, and high levels of user acceptance.
Well-toned pelvic floor muscles can also dramatically improve your
sex life!
Ask
the doctor, tightening up the pelvic floor muscles, especially
after childbirth, improves the 'vaginal
embrace' and gives greater sensation to both you and your partner. Any
exercise helps develop muscle and improve the blood flow to the area - and
when you do that in the pelvic floor muscles the results can be dramatic.
Clinical trials have demonstrated that working on this muscle group can be
particularly beneficial in the treatment of sexual dysfunction - it
increases sensation, helps improve libido and leads to greater and more
frequent orgasms.
Good morning, I just wanted to give you a bit of feedback on my PelvicToner which arrived this week.
What a super product. I've used it twice a day (180 reps on the strong set of springs I ordered) and can already feel more awareness of the pelvic floor muscles.
It's like they've woken up since using them with the PelvicToner which requires concentration and the correct use of the muscles - which is actually visible.
I've had disturbed bladder nerve sensation since a very serious attack of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in January which also left me with an almost complete inability to achieve orgasm. I've made great strides in both departments this week alone!!
I'm so optimistic that I've discovered a method of helping myself without
(further) hospital intervention and all the associated emotional trauma.
I've always assumed my pelvic floor would be strong as my babies weren't
delivered naturally, but until I used the PelvicToner, I didn't realise
quite how much more supported my 'gynae bits' should feel.
Interestingly, since I've become aware of the pelvic floor muscles using
the PelvicToner, I've found that I can now tighten them (albeit in a less
controlled way) as I go about my daily routine as and when I remember, and
in doing so, seem to be becoming increasingly 'tuned in' to the sexy
sensations that produces...much to my boyfriend's delight! Ha ha!
Thank you!
