Important information:
Has your GP said he
cannot prescribe the PelvicToner because he cannot find it on his system? We have been made aware that
some GPs are having problems locating the PelvicToner on their prescription
dispensing system. We are trying to get the various software suppliers to
correct the situation but in the meantime your GP should search for PelvicToner
(all one word) or Solution Project Management PelvicToner. If the problem
persists it would be helpful if they could call us on 0117 974 3534 and advise
us of the software system they are using so that we can go to the source of the
problem.
Cancellation
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives you the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt. You must notify us IN WRITING by letter, fax or email, and you must return the goods unopened and unused at your own expense. We will then refund, within 30 days.
Faulty Goods
If the product you purchase from SPM Ltd is faulty then you should notify us in writing immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. SPM Ltd will apply manufacturers' warranties where appropriate. Your legal rights are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

We will not pass on or sell your details to any third party, but if you opt to join our email list we may email you from time to time with details of special offers etc. SPM recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information.
