When will my order be dispatched and how long will it take to arrive?

Order Processing

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You should contact us by email immediately if you notice any inaccuracies in your details because PT Direct Ltd cannot and will not accept any responsibility if your delivery details are in anyway incorrect.

Dispatch

Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 2 working days. Selecting Special Delivery does not imply that your order will be fast-tracked through the order processing stage, only that it will be despatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and despatch your order within the statutory time limit of 28 days. Any exceptional delays will be advised on the website and by email.

You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched by the Royal Mail service you have selected - 1st Class, 2nd Class or Special Delivery for UK orders and International Airmail or Tracked and/or Signed Airmail (where applicable, see below) for overseas orders.

Normal 1st Class delivery in the UK is 1-2 working days from dispatch, 2nd Class is 2-3 working days. Overseas Air Mail typically takes 8 - 10 working days, but can be delayed by local problems in the country of arrival which are totally outside the control or influence of PT Direct Ltd.

Tracked Airmail does not require a signature but is tracked to the point of delivery. Tracked and Signed Services may be slightly faster than Standard Airmail.

In the case of delayed delivery your first port of call should always be your local postal provider.

International Tracked and Signed AirMail

There are three levels of trackable International service that cover a greater number of countries in the international community:

  • Tracked
  • Tracked and Signed
  • Signed

If you select the "tracked" option, we will send the order by the Tracked service if it is available. If it is not, then we will use Tracked and Signed if available, otherwise we will use Signed.
